Dr. David Eshar is an Assistant Professor in Exotics and Zoological Medicine, at Kansas State University, USA. After graduating from the Koret Veterinary School, at the Hebrew University in Israel, Dr. Eshar had worked in a small animal practice and also collaborated with a local zoo. In 2007 he completed an internship in Exotics Medicine and surgery at Tufts University, USA and a residency In Special Species Medicine and Surgery at UPenn, USA in 2009. Dr. Eshar served as Chief of Service, Avian and Exotics Service at The University of Guelph, Canada. Dr. Eshar holds an ABVP board certification (Exotic Companion Mammals) and an ECZM board certification (Small Mammal).
